Complete and interesting
The book is neither too scientific nor too generic, just right amount of facts and data to back up the author's theories and not to get the topic too heavy and boring.
Tons of real-life examples, often multiple for each case study some of them truly surprising and unknown.
It's a good start to anyone interested in marketing or sociology, but also anyone that looks for practical knowledge on how not to get deceived by the sales and marketing. Definitely recommended.
