    Meh

There's some good content but it feels like a not yet cohesive first draft. Thé shortcoming that most bothers me though is the blindspot of how to deal with people who appear irrational (with respect to the supposed aims of the interaction)

    Very insightful

Very helpful audiobook with many examples and situations to help illustrate the authors point of view . Several useful tools and methods to solve difficult conversations are being mentioned and they make perfect sense.

    Remarquable
